Hello and welcome!

Bodywork for me is not simply a profession, but more of a natural extension of who I am.  I communicate most easily through touch, and find that one of the most important things is how I listen through the point of contact; I have been practicing that for longer than I've been a bodyworker.

I have long had a passion for understanding the subtleties of how our bodies move, release, and express. This curiosity led me to become a licensed massage practitioner in 2006 through completing the Holistic Health Practitioner program at The Heartwood Institute. Since then I have continued to study and expand my expertise through additional trainings and continual practice in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Somassage, Trigger Point Therapy, and more.

In addition to bodywork I've also explored various types of martial arts, dance, and strength training to continue to hone my awareness, intuition, and attunement to how my own body moves and relates with others.  These have all been powerful influences in my life, and I know they translate into how I work with people. I view my bodywork practice as a continual process of refinement for the betterment of myself and others. I know I will be practicing for the rest of my life.

I live in Coeur D’Alene, ID, with my incredible wife, Gayle, and amazing son, Aiden, both of whom support me in staying present with what really matters in life.
